General FAQ

Placing an order on our website is quick and easy. Just follow the steps below:

1. Browse & Select Products

Navigate through our shop and click on the product you’d like to purchase. On the product page, select any available options such as size, quantity, or color, then click “Add to cart”.

2. View Your Cart

Once your item has been added to the cart, you can either continue shopping or click “View cart” to review your order. On the cart page, you’ll see a summary of the items you’ve added.
If you have a coupon code, enter it in the “Coupon code” field and click “Apply coupon”.

3. Proceed to Checkout

When you’re ready, click the “Proceed to checkout” button. You’ll be taken to the checkout page, where you can:

  • Log in to your existing account

  • Or check out as a guest / create an account during checkout

4. Enter Billing & Shipping Details

Fill in the required fields, including your name, address, and email. Fields marked with an asterisk (*) are mandatory.

5. Choose Payment Method

Select your preferred payment method. Currently available:

  • PayPal (including guest checkout with credit/debit cards)

  • Stripe (Credit/Debit Card) – Coming soon

  • Bank Transfer – Coming soon

You’ll also be able to choose your shipping method if multiple options are available.

6. Place Your Order

Review your order summary one last time, then click “Place order” to complete your purchase.

7. Order Confirmation

After placing the order, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details. If payment is required to complete the order, please follow the instructions in the email.
